The Avenging Arsonist

As the only builder on the island, you have recently found yourself out of work due to the recent law passed stating no additional land can be used for housing. To create more work for yourself, you have decided to burn down every building. Since you're the only builder, they have no choice but hire you to rebuild the houses.

Burn all the buildings, but make sure you rescue everyone inside! If anyone gets hurt, you lose!
